How to Earn Points
| Achievement | Points Earned | Description |
| Module Badge | 1 point | One Badge Per Module - Each Course consists of three competency-based challenges |
| Course Completion Certificate | 4 points | Completion of all 3 five-week modules with passing grade Average grade for all three modules used for each 3-hour course |
| Knowledge Certificate | 6 points | Successful completion of proctored exam given by FranklinCovey® at the end of the three 5-week modules |
| Area of Excellence Certificate | 7 points | Two Courses Completed in an area of excellence: Winning Culture, Personal Effectiveness, Strategic Execution, Leadership |
